SAQ® TRAINING PROVIDES HUGE RESULTS FOR 10-YEAR-OLD LUKE
Melton-based SAQ® International, world leaders in movement, speed, agility and quickness training, have helped 10-year-old school boy, Luke Morris progress into a ‘speedy’ mover.
Following a number of drills set up by SAQ® and utilising some of SAQ®’s key exercises since May, Luke’s progress has been impressive; participating in a series of exercises, which he is now able to put into practice in a number of activities. Luke spent the summer involved in swimming and tennis, building both his strength and confidence whilst applying the skills he learnt through the programm.

Now back at school, Luke is confidently playing sport everyday alongside focusing on two SAQ® exercises a week at home, to continue his progress. Luke has moved up a tennis group since using the programme and the improvement in Luke’s sprinting time is monumental. Since following SAQ® Dynamic flex exercises, his sprint time on a 35-metre track started out this summer at 8.22 seconds and is now down to speedy 5.89.
“The exercises don’t take too long to do each day and I love going back to tennis club on Saturday and feeling an improvement,” said Luke of his progress.
All exercises set out by SAQ® work to improve speed and movement skills and can be applied to any sport or activity. SAQ® offers a number of different programmes for people of all ages and abilities, supported by specialised equipment and expert trainers, to maximise performance levels.
SAQ® International Managing Director, Alan Pearson, said:
“Progress stories like this are great to hear. Luke’s running time alone shows just how far he has come in just as short period of time and the fact he is enjoying it and feeling more confident in himself is fantastic. I am very pleased to hear he is benefiting from the programme and wants to continue to progress. Luke’s story has perfectly demonstrated the knock-on effect that improved movement has on other aspects of day-to-day life.”
