Durham Primary Physical Education Network Meeting
Friday 1st July 2016 Alan Pearson was a guest presenter at the Durham Primary Physical Education Network Meeting held at the Durham Leadership Centre in Spennymoor.
Kate Stephenson the Education Development Advisor and SAQ Master Trainer organised the day. Over 25 teachers and coaches involved in primary schools in the area attended. Alan Pearson presented the latest research from the Internship School Movement Programme and then took the group through their paces trying out some of the evaluation tests including:
Fit Light eye hand coordination, wall drill, t-test, hurdle running drill and then took the group through fast feet ladder cross over drill. It was a fun but informative session and feedback was really positive.
