David Ross Education Trust Summer Cup 2016
Thursday 30th June 2016 we were guest presenters at the David Ross Education Trust Summer Cup held at the Grantham Mere Leisure Centre. Harry White Master SAQ Trainer joined me to provide various SAQ sessions to thousands of school children who attended the day.
The most popular were the parachute runs, Fit Light reaction drills and sprint timing with the Fit Lights.
Sports stars in attendance included Roger Black MBE, Colin Jackson CBE, Rebecca Adlington OBE, Mark Lewis-Francis MBE, Marlon Devonish MBE and Beth Tweddle MBE. We had a great time and met some fascinating people.
