It's the start of pre season for the ladies with a special session being delivered by Alan Pearson of SAQ international, they're getting the hard work in early!! What a great first session back for the ladies - their first pre season session covering fitness.
All players involved were smiling and a lot of positive feedback going into their next session.
If you're interested in playing, new Ladies are welcome from 7-8pm at Asfordby Acres every Wednesday.
SAQ's relationship with AALFC goes back over 15 years and the team featured throughout the SAQ Womens Soccer book. Two of the ladies in this squad actually had photos in our best selling book
