A whole series of effective and stimulating activities to make use of SAQ Training at Key Stages 3 and 4 for Fitness activity e.g. Health and Fitness unit of work fitness exercises in Athletics and Games curriculum lessons or for use in training Sports Performance and Teams. The Cards are designed to as a complete session or to allow a short intervention. They can be interchanged within the structure of the SAQ Continuum thus providing a very flexible and effective tool.
