This was the season 98-99, when Alan Pearson was employed by Bob Dwyer to implement SAQ's training at Leicester Tigers. Alan worked with Bob and his assistant coach Duncan Hall, both Australians. Bob won the World Cup with Australia in 2001.

Legendary players such as: Martin Johnson, Neil Back, Richard Cockerill, Austin Healey all experienced SAQ Training in this period.
