What people say about it
The level of fitness achieved by the players and the emphasis on the honing of skills was exceptional too. They were described by the committee as the best prepared teams ever at UCT. Greg Commins – Fitness and Conditioning Coach, University of Cape Town Rugby Club
“SAQ Training is absolutely the best training I’ve ever used with any type of group. The changes that are occurring with my group are pretty amazing. They’re becoming more knowledgeable about their bodies and how they move. They are now seeing how, by applying themselves to the work we are doing they really can move better, faster and quicker”.Tracy Hultgren, Chicago, USA
